Within this past decade, distance education has evolved a lot. Especially, now India plays a major role in providing distance education by introducing many programs. People across the world can or join together to enroll themselves in these programs.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-resident Indian (NRI) or known as overseas Indians are the people who are Indian birth or origin but lives outside of India’s republic.  These people are various individuals or group of individuals who are associated with India through citizenship, nationality and other affiliation. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hence, the distance education of India runs under the AICTE policy which takes care of all the technical education through a hybrid model or a blended learning module. As a result of which, a person studying under distance education won\u2019t face any difficulties while learning through online classes.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

India comes on 2nd number in providing distance education across the globe. Youngsters availing their higher education through distance prefers and choose distance education in India. It is because there are a very good number of renowned institutions nationally who entertains distance education in a large number.  India\u2019s higher educational institutions are classified into three categories:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    So together, these universities provide a high quality of distance education online by connecting across the globe.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    When you think about higher education, definitely two courses come into your mind i.e., Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Technology (M.Tech). But in reality, distance education involves more than that. There are different other higher education courses that you can learn through distance education from India itself. <\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Also, you can now pursue different degrees through distance education. Indian Universities even offers courses in science studies, management programs, and engineering and technology. There are more than 13 reputed universities and colleges who have introduced different online programs like Post Graduate in Diploma Sustainability Science (PGDSS), Appreciation Programme on Sustainability Science (APSS), Post Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Technology (PGDFT) and Post-Graduate Diploma in Food  Safety and Quality Management (PGDFSQM).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Generally, you cannot pursue two degrees at the same time. But you can pursue any two programs through distance education at the same time either from the same or different universities. Or it can be a combination of one distance program and one regular which is possible in India.
