(It is also a science because it needs certain principles to be followed when executing any work.)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cProcess\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Process refers to the fundamental functions that managers execute in order to complete tasks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling are examples of management functions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cEffectiveness\u201d<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The completion of a task is referred to as 400;\">Social Objectives<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers are not only the owners&#8217; and workers&#8217; representatives, but they are also accountable to other organizations outside the company in order to maintain a positive corporate image in the industry.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Some factors include quantity supply management roles were identified: planning, organising, staffing, leading\/directing, and controlling.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are presently four managerial tasks that are widely acknowledged.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planning is the act of identifying organizational goals and devising a strategy to attain them.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers make strategic decisions throughout the planning phase to establish the organization&#8217;s direction.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizing<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The objective of organising is to allocate resources and assign responsibilities to individuals in order to meet the goals specified during the planning stage.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers may need to collaborate with other organisational divisions, such as finance and human resources, to plan the budget and acquire raw materials.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leading<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leading consists of motivating employees and influencing their behaviour to achieve organizational objectives.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leading focuses on managing people, such as individual employees, teams, and groups rather than tasks.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Managers who are successful leaders usually connect with their employees by using interpersonal skills to encourage, inspire and motivate team members to perform to the best of their abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controlling<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controlling is the process of evaluating the execution of the plan and making adjustments to ensure that the organizational goal is achieved.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the controlling stage, managers monitor employees and evaluate the quality of their work.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They give employees feedback, providing positive remarks on what they are doing well and suggestions for improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These four managerial functions are actually highly integrated and can be considered a chain where each function builds on the previous function.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These functions work together in the creation, execution, and realization of organizational goals.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Levels of Management<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In organizations, there are generally three different levels of managers: first-level managers, middle-level managers, and top-level managers.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These levels of managers are classified in a hierarchy of importance and authority and are also arranged by the different types of management tasks that each role does.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Top-level managers<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Typically consist of the board of directors, president, vice-president, c-suite, etc.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These individuals are mainly responsible for controlling and overseeing all the departments in the organization.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They develop goals, strategic plans, and policies for the company, as well as make many decisions on the direction of the business.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Middle-level managers<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This personnel typically consists of general managers, branch managers, and department managers.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These individuals are mainly responsible to the top management for the functioning of their department. They devote more time to organizational and directional functions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First-level managers<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Typically consist of supervisors, section officers, foremen, etc.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These individuals focus more on the control and direction of management functions.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For instance, they assign tasks and jobs to employees, guide and supervise employees on day-to-day activities, look after the quantity and quality of the production of the company, make recommendations, and suggestions, and communicate employee problems to the higher level above, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scope of Management<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is a process for managing and controlling changes in the requirements for a project. In an organization, different managers are assigned different tasks so that there is efficiency in the tasks.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These specific tasks are termed the scope of the management.
